2026 Topps Pro Debut Baseball Breaks: PYT and Random Team Case Breaks, Checklist by MLB Team

2026 Topps Pro Debut Baseball is Topps’ Minor League Baseball set, and it releases November 18, 2026. A Hobby box has six packs of 24 cards and four autographs, so an 8-box Hobby case has 32 autographs. Every card shows a minor league team, and FireHand Cards runs both pick-your-team (PYT) and random-team case breaks split by MLB organization: each spot is an MLB team, and it gets the cards of that club’s affiliates. Breaks are coming soon.

What’s in a box and case

A 2026 Topps Pro Debut Baseball Hobby box has six packs of 24 cards (144 cards) and four autographs. A Hobby case holds eight boxes, so 32 autographs, plus Chrome variations, inserts and parallels.

The chase cards

These are the cards everyone on the stream is waiting for, per Topps' checklist:

  • Future Cornerstones Autographs. 26 top prospects, including Konnor Griffin, Kevin McGonigle, JJ Wetherholt, Eli Willits, Ethan Holliday, Leo De Vries and Jesús Made.
  • Pro Debut Dual Autographs (15 cards) and Pro Debut Triple Autographs (14 cards).
  • Pro Debut Jumbo Autograph Relics (21 cards).
  • Autograph parallels of Stars of MiLB, Pro Debut Gamers and 2025 Arizona Fall League Stars.
  • Chrome autographs. Secondary checklist guides list SuperFractor 1/1 parallels on Chrome base, Chrome autographs and Jumbo Autograph Relics. Every SuperFractor counts toward FireHand’s Superfractor Bounty (below).

How FireHand’s breaks work: PYT and random teams

FireHand will run Pro Debut two ways. In both, the 30 spots are MLB teams, the case contents are the same, and the same team rules apply.

Pick your team (PYT)

Each of the 30 MLB teams has its own price. You choose a team and get every card for that team. Prices follow the checklist and prospect demand.

Random teams

Every spot costs the same. After the break sells out, participant names and the 30 team names are entered into the randomizer on random.org and randomized, and each participant gets the team matched to them and all of its cards. This is the random-team method on FireHand’s random-team listings.

Which should I buy?

PYT if you follow one organization’s prospects and want that team for certain. Random teams if you want an equal-price spot with a chance at any of the 30 teams.

From purchase to your mailbox

  1. Buy a spot. In a PYT break you pick an MLB team, each with its own price. In a random-team break every spot costs the same and teams are assigned after the break sells out.
  2. The break fills. You get an email before your break starts.
  3. It breaks once every spot is sold. FireHand only breaks once every spot is sold. When the last spot sells, the case is opened live on YouTube. Watch on the FireHand Cards YouTube channel or our Live page.
  4. Your cards ship free. Shipping is free on group breaks. Packages go out every Tuesday and Friday, and international shipping goes out every other Thursday. See shipping.
  5. See your hits in HEYSTACK. When a break is imaged (many are, not all), hit images show up in HEYSTACK. Create a free HEYSTACK account with the email you use on FireHand Cards.

Minor league teams, MLB spots

Every Pro Debut card shows a minor league team. In a FireHand Pro Debut break, spots are MLB teams (you pick one in a PYT break, or get one at random in a random-team break), and you get every card of that club’s minor league affiliates. For example, the Altoona Curve, Bradenton Marauders and Greensboro Grasshoppers are Pirates affiliates, so their cards go to the Pirates spot. The team table below lists every affiliate on Topps’ checklist under its MLB team.

  • Which team counts. Cards go to the 2026 MLB parent club of the minor league team printed on the card. This applies to PYT and random-team breaks alike.
  • Traded players. If a player has changed organizations since, the card still goes by the team printed on it.
  • Arizona Fall League cards. Fall League teams mix players from several MLB organizations. Cards printed with a Fall League team (Glendale Desert Dogs, Mesa Solar Sox, Peoria Javelinas, Salt River Rafters, Scottsdale Scorpions, Surprise Saguaros) go to the player’s MLB organization.
  • Old names and spellings on the checklist. Carolina Mudcats cards (now the Wilson Warbirds) go to the Brewers. Topps’ “Cedar Rapids Kernals” and “Great Lake Loons” are the Kernels (Twins) and Loons (Dodgers).
  • Affiliates that changed parent clubs for 2026. Rancho Cucamonga Quakes cards go to the Angels, and Inland Empire 66ers cards go to the Mariners, their 2026 parent clubs.

How team ownership works (multi-team cards and special cases)

These are FireHand’s house rules for every break:

  • Cards with more than one MLB team. When a card features players from more than one MLB team, a random draw among the owners of those teams decides who gets the card.
  • High-value multi-team cards. When a multi-team card has significant value, FireHand leaves the decision to the team owners involved. They can choose a random draw, sell the card and split the money, have one owner buy out the other(s), or settle it any other way they agree on.
  • Cards pairing an MLB player with a non-MLB player. The card goes to the team of the MLB player.
  • Cut Signatures with no MLB team. Cut signatures with no MLB team (non-baseball figures, or non-players like a commissioner) are randomized among everyone in the break.

On Topps’ checklist, 11 dual and triple autographs pair prospects from different organizations, so the multi-team rule applies to each one. The other duals and triples pair teammates and go to that one team. There are no cut signatures and no non-MLB figures on the checklist.

  • Dual PDD-BW: Eli Willits (Nationals) / Travis Bazzana (Guardians)
  • Dual PDD-DG: Leo De Vries (Athletics) / Josuar Gonzalez (Giants)
  • Dual PDD-GM: Kevin McGonigle (Tigers) / Konnor Griffin (Pirates)
  • Dual PDD-HC: Billy Carlson (White Sox) / Seth Hernandez (Pirates)
  • Dual PDD-WH: Ethan Holliday (Rockies) / Eli Willits (Nationals)
  • Triple PDT-DMG: Josuar Gonzalez (Giants) / Jesús Made (Brewers) / Leo De Vries (Athletics)
  • Triple PDT-GMW: Konnor Griffin (Pirates) / Kevin McGonigle (Tigers) / JJ Wetherholt (Cardinals)
  • Triple PDT-HCE: Brady Ebel (Brewers) / Seth Hernandez (Pirates) / Billy Carlson (White Sox)
  • Triple PDT-HWL: Eli Willits (Nationals) / George Lombard Jr. (Yankees) / Ethan Holliday (Rockies)
  • Triple PDT-MWC: Kevin McGonigle (Tigers) / Colt Emerson (Mariners) / JJ Wetherholt (Cardinals)
  • Triple PDT-WHP: Eli Willits (Nationals) / JoJo Parker (Blue Jays) / Ethan Holliday (Rockies)

Superfractor Bounty

Every 2026 Pro Debut break counts toward FireHand’s Superfractor Bounty, and every SuperFractor counts; other 1/1s and parallels don’t. The bounty goes to the buyer who owns the team of the SuperFractor pulled in that break. The bounty is paid in Firehand Points. The current bounty total is always shown in the bar at the top of the site.

What if my team gets nothing?

Thirty-two autographs across 30 teams in an 8-box case averages about one per team, but they aren’t split evenly, so some teams will miss. That applies to PYT and random-team spots alike. FireHand doesn’t currently offer skunk protection. You still earn Firehand Points on every purchase: every $1 you spend on firehandcards.com earns 1 point, and points come off future orders at checkout. Every qualifying break also builds the Superfractor Bounty.

Are Pro Debut cards rookie cards?

No. Topps’ checklist tags no card as a rookie. Pro Debut cards are minor league cards, and a player’s rookie card comes in an MLB set after his big-league debut.

Checklist by MLB team

Topps’ official 2026 Pro Debut checklist (PDF) lists every card by minor league team. The table below maps each affiliate to its 2026 MLB parent club and gives PYT buyers the team-by-team view. The counts are checklist lines, not odds, and every autograph is randomly inserted.

Checklist per Topps as of Oct 29, 2026; subject to change. See the official checklist.

What each MLB team has

Team checklist as of Oct 29, 2026. Single-team autograph lines count autograph cards with one player, parallels included as Topps lists them. Dual/triple cards count once for each team on the card. Total hit lines add Jumbo Autograph Relics; inserts and non-autograph parallels aren’t counted. Breaks are coming soon. This table shows the checklist only.

Checklist columns: Topps’ official checklist as of Oct 29, 2026, subject to change, with each minor league team mapped to its 2026 MLB parent club and Arizona Fall League cards mapped by player. Notable subjects appear most on the team’s autograph cards, in no ranked order; counts are checklist lines, not odds. PYT team prices are added once the FireHand listings load (see Current breaks).

Where the depth is

On Topps’ checklist, the Pirates organization has the most hit card lines (35, led by Konnor Griffin and Seth Hernandez), followed by the Nationals, Rockies and Tigers (24 each). Every autograph is randomly inserted, so no team is guaranteed one. Checklist per Topps as of Oct 29, 2026; subject to change.

Is a break worth it?

Pro Debut puts 32 autographs in an 8-box case, and its prospects are minor league cards rather than MLB rookie cards. Most of those autographs are base-level prospect autographs; the Future Cornerstones, dual and triple autographs and Jumbo Autograph Relics are the smaller sets.

The trade-off is certainty. A team spot, picked or random, doesn’t guarantee an autograph, and autographs aren’t split evenly across organizations. A sealed box guarantees four autographs, just not of your team’s prospects.

A break suits you if you follow one organization’s farm system or chase a specific prospect without buying a box, or like watching the case opened live. A sealed box suits you if you want guaranteed autographs in hand and don’t mind which organization they’re from.

FAQ

What comes in a 2026 Topps Pro Debut Baseball hobby box?

Six packs of 24 cards (144 cards) with four autographs. An 8-box Hobby case has 32 autographs. The product releases November 18, 2026.

How many autographs are in a Pro Debut case?

Thirty-two. Each Hobby box has four autographs and a Hobby case has eight boxes.

How do Pro Debut breaks work when the cards show minor league teams?

Spots are MLB teams. Each card goes to the 2026 MLB parent club of the minor league team printed on it, so Altoona Curve and Bradenton Marauders cards go to the Pirates spot. That’s true in both pick-your-team and random-team breaks.

What’s the difference between a PYT and a random-team Pro Debut break?

In a pick-your-team break you choose your MLB team, and each team has its own price. In a random-team break every spot costs the same, and teams are assigned at random after the break sells out. The case contents and team rules are the same either way.

Who gets a card if the player was traded?

A traded player’s card goes by the minor league team printed on it, to that team’s 2026 MLB parent club.

Who gets Arizona Fall League cards?

Arizona Fall League cards go to the player’s MLB organization. Fall League teams mix players from several organizations, so each card goes to the MLB organization of the player on it.

Which MLB teams have the most autographs in 2026 Topps Pro Debut?

On Topps’ checklist, the Pirates organization has the most hit card lines (35, led by Konnor Griffin and Seth Hernandez), followed by the Nationals, Rockies and Tigers (24 each). Checklist per Topps as of Oct 29, 2026; subject to change. Every autograph is randomly inserted, so no team is guaranteed one.

Who gets a dual or triple autograph with players from different organizations?

A random draw among the owners of those teams decides who gets it. If the card has significant value, the owners decide together: a random draw, sell and split, a buyout, or anything else they agree on.

Are Topps Pro Debut cards rookie cards?

No. Pro Debut is Topps’ Minor League Baseball set, and its checklist tags no card as a rookie. A player’s rookie card comes in an MLB set after his big-league debut.

Does the Superfractor Bounty apply to Pro Debut breaks?

Yes. Pro Debut has SuperFractor 1/1 parallels, and every SuperFractor counts; other 1/1s and parallels don’t. If your team gets the SuperFractor, you win the bounty, paid in Firehand Points. The current total is shown in the bar at the top of the site.

Where can I watch the break, and when do my cards ship?

Every FireHand break streams live on the FireHand Cards YouTube channel, and you get an email before your break starts. Shipping is free on group breaks. Packages go out every Tuesday and Friday, and international orders ship every other Thursday.
