Payments & Refunds
- All sales are final for group break purchases.
- Refunds are only issued for group break purchases if the break is oversold or cancelled.
- Refund requests outside of a break being cancelled or oversold will only be given as store credit via Firehand Points.
- We do not accept Paypal e-check payments. E-check payments will be cancelled/refunded and group break spots will be cancelled.
- Firehand Points can be used to purchase anything on the site.
- We often offer promotional codes to use for discounts on the site. These could be a one-time use code, or a code that will allow multiple purchases over a period of time. Once the limits have been reached for that promotion, the codes ae no longer valid.
