Refunds are only issued for group break purchases if the break is oversold or cancelled.
Refund requests outside of a break being cancelled or oversold will only be given as store credit via Firehand Points.
We do not accept Paypal e-check payments. E-check payments will be cancelled/refunded and group break spots will be cancelled.
Firehand Points can be used to purchase anything on the site.
We often offer promotional codes to use for discounts on the site. These could be a one-time use code, or a code that will allow multiple purchases over a period of time. Once the limits have been reached for that promotion, the codes ae no longer valid.
